Privacy Notice
This notice explains how the M. personal brand, operated by Mahmoud Elkady, handles information submitted through melkady.com.
Information we collect
When you request a consultation, assessment, AI Leadership Training follow-up or website chat, we may collect your name, organization, role, email, phone, country, organization size, areas of interest, learning objectives, business challenges, preferred contact details and campaign attribution information. For website chat, we may also keep the conversation transcript, timestamps and whether a visitor or representative sent each message. We record the date and time of consent where the interaction requires consent.
The training-interest form temporarily keeps an unfinished draft in your browser session so you can move between steps. That local draft is removed after successful submission and normally disappears when the browser session ends.
Why we use it
We use enquiry and chat information to review your request, provide automated first-line answers, enable a representative to take over the conversation, identify the appropriate advisory or training path, respond to you, prevent duplicate submissions, maintain relevant business records and measure the effectiveness of the channel that brought you to the website. Automated chat replies are intended for initial information and routing; they do not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
Analytics and Consent Mode
The Google tag loads with analytics and advertising storage denied by default. Before you accept optional analytics cookies, Google may receive limited cookieless measurement signals used to understand aggregate visits and successful enquiry journeys. If you accept, analytics storage is enabled for these purposes. Measurement events are designed not to include names, email addresses, phone numbers, organization names, chat messages or free-text objectives. Advertising storage, advertising user data and advertising personalization remain disabled. You can reject analytics cookies and still use the website.
Who processes the information
We use service providers for website hosting and security, durable lead storage, transactional email delivery, website measurement and live-chat delivery. These currently include the infrastructure supporting OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare, Resend, Google Analytics and tawk.to. They process information for the functions described here and may process it in countries other than your own, subject to their applicable safeguards and contractual terms.
We may disclose information where required by law, to protect rights or security, or in connection with professional advisers operating under confidentiality. We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep it
We ordinarily review and delete or anonymize enquiry, training-interest and website-chat records no later than 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. We may retain a limited record for longer where it is reasonably needed for legal obligations, dispute handling, security or suppression of unwanted contact. Analytics data follows the retention settings applied to the active Google Analytics property.
Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or stop direct-marketing contact. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out before withdrawal. Rights and complaint routes may vary according to the law applicable to you.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information. No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
